Pricing for our piano services

Standard Piano Tuning:  $160 (~50min)  Select this option when booking online if your piano is regularly tuned at least once per year.

Pitch Adjustment Tuning:  $210 (~70min)  If your piano hasn't been tuned in over a year, select the "Pitch Adjustment" option when scheduling to make sure we have enough time to fully tune your piano.  If we arrive at your house and determine that it had only needed the Standard Piano Tuning instead, you will only be charged for a standard tuning.

Internal Piano Cleaning: $65 (~40min)  Having the inside of your piano cleaned about once every year ensures that the mechanisms will work properly, prevents issues like sticking keys, and ensures that rodents and other pests will not damage the inside of your piano.  

The below pricing are estimates based on the most common causes of these playability issues.  Pricing may change to include parts and shipping, or extra labor if a fix requires them.  We'll let you know if this is the case first, before proceeding with any repairs so you can have all the info when deciding.  

Sticky/Slow Keys: $35 (~20min)  Is there a key that seems slower than the other keys, or maybe stays down when pressed, or keeps ringing even though you've released it?  Check the "Sticky/Slow Keys" checkbox when booking to let us know and schedule to allow our technician a little extra time to address this.

Note Doesn't Play: $50 (~30min)  Do you press the key down and no sound is produced?  It could be that a hammer inside is broken and needs to be re-glued or replaced. 

Pedal Doesn't Work/Squeaks:  $35 (~20min) If you press the pedal but it doesn't work, or it squeaks loudly when being used, check this box when scheduling your apt.
